After the decision to create ViscoTec by spinning-off a division of the company Resch Maschinenbau GmbH, its first steps alone were somewhat shaky. However, we have not regretted the move for one second. We have succeeded in transforming what was then a small company into a thriving, healthy, internationally active and expanding enterprise.

So by our tenth anniversary in 2007 we had only just begun to achieve some of our objectives. Our quest for growth not only helps to create jobs in the region, but also secures them. Considering the mass dismissals at large companies nowadays, this cannot be taken for granted.

We are all the more pleased to be able to provide our employees with stability, security and, therefore, quality of life. We owe our success to our employees, who are a company’s most valuable asset. At all levels and areas they have shown commitment and motivation towards the well-being of the company.
