One of the main reasons for ViscoTec’s success are our enthusiastic, conscienscious employees, who are dedicated to doing a good job. In return for motivation and effort, our interesting range of services offers something for everyone.

In addition to perks for anniversaries or other occasions such as marriages, births or silver weddings, employees are able to enjoy lunch in the restaurant nearby at a very reasonable price. Our staff need not worry about the future, either, as we provide them with a company retirement plan (direct insurance).

The physical and mental fitness of our employees is also high on our list. They can take advantage of company membership at the fitness studio and enjoy a variety of communal activities (e.g. rafting, toboganning, barbecues). ViscoTec actively supports young families and pays the kindergarten costs.
