The ViscoTainer includes a plastic container with an integrated dosing and conveying system and a control and drive unit.
This is the perfect way for dosing and transportation of colour pastes, additives or nano suspensions.
Not only the perfection of your process would be a advantage by using the ViscoTainer,
also the contactless handling with sensitive media. All ingredients of the ViscoTainer which are in contact with the fluids are separated from the necessary technical peripheral components.
Additional functions like dehumidification, temperation or processing by circulation are possible even if it is necessary to add an agiator.
The ViscoTainer system is an optimal solution in the reusable system. The Container which includes the fluids and the ingredients which get in contact with the fluids is changeable; the peripheral components remain in place. This action minimizes the costs of carriage.
This solution concludes all positive properties of a resource-conserving and cost efficient reusable system.

Fields of application:
Pressure-stable and linear conveying characteristics characterize the ViscoTec endless piston principle, thus creating ideal conditions for quite different application scenarios. This is how continuous extrusion processes as well as discontinuous die cast applications can be realized in a process-reliable way.
Several ViscoTainers can be networked via a real-time bus system based on the master-slave principle. This makes possible a redundant alternating operation or mixing processes for different components (e.g. liquid colours) based on pre-defined recipes
