Fillers

ViscoTec fillers meet the challenging requirements for filling viscous and pasty products in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Not only are they highly suitable for these media, they offer the user the advantages of easy handling and flexibility of application: Perhaps as a tabletop filling machine for small batches or for integration into complex, fully automatic filling systems such as deep-drawing machines, fill and seal machines (vertical or horizontal), sachet packaging machines, in-line fillers or rotary fillers. The fillers can be used for up to 60 cycles per minute and dosing quantities from 1.5 ml upwards. The repeat accuracy tolerance is lower than 1 %.

In combination with the ViscDos II Control System you will get a filling unit in which all the individual components are perfectly matched.

A ViscoTec filler can consist of the following components: 

• Dosing Pump model RD/VFL
• AC or servo electric drive
• Dosing nozzle or filling pipe
• ViscoDosII dosing control, as stand-alone unit or integrated into higher control system (with BUS connection as option)
