Our printheads in various versions are suitable for all common 3D printers. And specifically enable 3D printing of fluids ranging from low to high viscosities. Abrasive and pasty 1- or 2-component materials like ceramics, silicones or other fluids and liquids are dosed perfectly.
Depending on the application, 3D models and shapes can be produced by varying the printing speed and the thickness of layers. We guarantee gentle material handling during the additive manufacturing process and can handle extremely high viscosities. The material range is nearly unlimited: silicones, UV-glues and adhesives, 2-component adhesives, ceramics but also organic cell-suspensions for bio-printing and many more one- and two-component fluids can be used.
